It is a beautiful vacation home in South west France, Minervois placed in 12 acres of land, in the area of Black Mountains, on the edge of the hilltop village of Lespinassiere, with a forest backdrop and peaceful views from a wonderful balcony.

With an all weather tennis court, private pool, lawns, access to forest trails,this villa in southwest France has something for everyone. And although very much in the countryside, you can stroll into Lespinassiere where the Mairie has a small grocery shop open 4 days a week – order your baguettes in advance.
